This privacy policy explains how the game Turbo Garage Tycoon handles your data. The game is built to use as little data as possible: your progress stays on your device, we run no server and no player account for the game. Data only leaves your device through Apple Game Center (iPhone only, if you are signed in), App Store or Google Play purchases and the optional video ads (Google AdMob). There are no banners and no ads that pop up on their own – a video only plays when you press a video button yourself.

Your progress (worlds, floors, managers, gold bolts, dream car, settings, player name and avatar) is stored only locally in the app on your device. We receive none of it. There is no server backup: if you delete the app or choose “Delete game progress” in the profile, the progress is gone. Purchased gold bolts are part of the progress; the Turbo License comes back automatically or via “Restore purchases” in the shop.
If you are signed in to Game Center on your device, the game signs in there and sends your garage points and your dream car rating to the leaderboards. Other players see your Game Center name, profile picture and points there. You manage friends in Apple’s Game Center interface. For the friends ranking the game reads the leaderboard entries of your Game Center friends (name, rank, points). Provider: Apple Distribution International Ltd., Hollyhill Industrial Estate, Hollyhill, Cork, Ireland. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (providing the game features you use). Without Game Center the game works fully, just without leaderboard and friends. Apple’s privacy policy also applies. The Android version has no Game Center and no leaderboard.
You buy gold bolts and the Turbo License through the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play (Android). The seller towards you is Apple or Google; the store handles the payment. We receive no payment data. On your device the game only receives the store’s confirmation of the purchase (product and transaction ID) to credit the item. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. Minors need a parent’s consent for purchases (for example via Apple’s “Ask to Buy”).
You can choose to watch a short video ad to get a reward (for example video turbo, double offline money, video cash case, double daily bonus, an extra spin on the Lucky Wheel). A video only plays when you press a video button yourself. With the Turbo License you get these rewards without a video.
Service: Google AdMob. Contract partner: Google Ireland Ltd., Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Consent: where required (for example in the EU/EEA and the UK), the game uses Google’s consent dialog to ask whether Google may process data for advertising. You can change your choice at any time in the profile under “Privacy settings (ads)”. The game does not ask for tracking permission (your iPhone’s advertising ID is not used).
Data processed: IP address, device type, operating system, approximate location (country/region) and whether a video was delivered and watched to the end. Google stores information on your device for this. Personalized ads are only shown with your consent; otherwise Google shows non-personalized or limited ads. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and § 25(1) TDDDG (consent); for non-personalized video ads Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in funding the free game). Third country: Google may process data in the USA; Google LLC is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Google’s privacy policy also applies.
If you tap “Share” on your dream car, the game creates a picture on your device and hands it to the iOS share sheet. Where it goes is up to you (for example a message or a photo app). We receive nothing.
