I changed phones – is my progress gone?
Your progress is stored only on your device. The Turbo License comes back via “Restore purchases” in the shop.
A purchase did not arrive.
Restart the game and open the shop. If that does not help, email us with the date and product; refunds are handled
by Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com).
How do I change my ad consent?
In the game under Profile → “Privacy settings (ads)”.
How do I switch the language?
The game follows your device language. You can also set English or German in the profile under “Language”.
Leaderboard and friends do not work.
Sign in to Game Center in your iPhone settings and restart the game.
